Savannah Price Shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at the British Business Awards 2026

For a long time, financial services has been very good at reacting. Less good at understanding.

That’s starting to change.

We’re proud to share that Savannah Price, Founder & CEO of Serene, has been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year at the British Business Awards 2026, and named on The British Business Leaders List, published in partnership with The Times and The Sunday Times.

Savannah is one of just eight finalists, selected from over 400 entries.

Recognition of a Shift

While this recognition is awarded to Savannah, it reflects something broader.

It reflects what’s being built at Serene – a shift towards:

  • Earlier understanding of customer behaviour
  • Better, more informed decision-making
  • Preventing harm before it happens

This is about moving beyond reactive systems, and towards a model where insight drives action earlier in the customer journey.

Building a Different Kind of System

Savannah’s leadership has always been grounded in a clear belief: The financial system can – and should – work differently.

That belief has shaped Serene’s approach – combining behavioural insight, data, and practical application to deliver outcomes that are better for both customers and businesses.

A Collective Effort

This moment is also a reflection of the people behind it.

A huge credit to the Serene team, the partners we work with, and the shared belief that better outcomes and better economics can go hand in hand.

And a special thank you to NatWest Group for the nomination.

A proud moment for the team 💜
