We’re proud our Founder & CEO Savannah Price, was invited to contribute to the Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology (CFIT) Financial Health by Design Roundtable, chaired by Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands in her role as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Financial Health (UNSGSA).
Bringing together leaders from financial services, fintech and policy, the discussion explored the future of financial health, AI, Open Finance and customer resilience. Savannah shared Serene’s perspective that the future of financial services isn’t simply about understanding transactions better – it’s about understanding people better. Two people can experience the same life event but follow completely different paths. The opportunity lies in recognising changing resilience early enough to change outcomes.
